Quote
“What I felt made St. Mary's special as a student-athlete was the focus on integrating athletes with the student body. We were all held to the same standards. From an athletic standpoint, I came into St. Mary's with the tools to have some degree of success. What StMU created, for me, was a culture that really encouraged a willingness to make the sacrifices that are necessary to excel — in any sport. I learned what it really meant to represent the name on the front of the jersey and compete not just for the people next to me, but for the entire StMU community.”
