2024 (JUNIOR)
Was in goal every minute of the season, winning Lone Star Conference Goalkeeper of the Year, Lone Star All-Tournament, and D2CCA and United Soccer Coaches All-Region First Team honors… He was also honored on the Lone Star All-Academic and CSC Academic All-District squads… Twice during the season, he was the LSC Goalkeeper of the Week (Oct. 15, Nov. 5)… Ranked 10th in the nation and led the LSC in minutes played (1820)… Led the league and was 13th nationally in goals against average (0.791)… Ranked sixth nationally with nine shutouts and was 17th in save percentage (0.802)… His 12 victories broke the StMU single-season record, while his nine shutouts rank second, his 0.79 goals against average ranks fourth and his 65 saves are tied for 10th on the charts… For his career, Thurbin now ranks fourth in wins (16) and tied for fourth in shutouts (11).
2023 (SOPHOMORE)
Was 3-1-1 in his five starts in goal for the Rattlers... Twice made six saves... Had a 1.11 goals against average... Recorded shutouts against both UT Tyler (8/31) and at the Academy of Art (9/17)... Named to the Lone Star Commissioner's Honor Roll for the third-straight semester in the fall.
2022 (FRESHMAN)
Made one start in goal during his true freshman season and played in three contests... Collected the 2-1 win at Lubbock Christian to clinch the regular season title for the Rattlers... Allowed only the one goal and made three saves on the year in 132:57 minutes of action... Named to the Lone Star Commissioner's Honor Roll in both semesters.
HIGH SCHOOL
Attended both the Oxted School and Carshalton Boys Sports College... Named Player of the Season South Park u16’s... In 2019-20 was a member of the National Alliance U19 Champions with Sutton United.
