Was leading the team with 3.23 kills per set when she went down with a season-ending injury in mid-September… Posted double-figure kills in eight of the nine matches she played, including a career-high 18 against Texas A&M International (Sept. 13)… Five times in the nine matches she totaled five or more digs and had a season-high three blocks against the Dustdevils… Hit .258 for the season (113-30-322) as a left-side hitter, adding nine blocks, six assists and 31 digs… Very involved in the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee and the Black Student Union… Named to the LSC Commissioner’s Honor Roll in the fall and spring.
2023 (SOPHOMORE)
Played in 62 of the team's 101 sets and 20 matches, starting nine times... Posted a season-best 11 kills against Arkansas-Fort Smith on Sept. 14... Collected five or more kills 11 times, including the final three matches of the season... Had only one reception error in her final 57 attempts of the year... In the team's sweep over St. Edward's she totaled a season-high four blocks... Six times throughout the year she had five or more digs in a match, with a season-best nine against Texas A&M International on Oct. 25... Averaged 1.76 kills and 0.98 digs per set... Named to the Lone Star Commissioner's Honor Roll both semesters.
2022 (FRESHMAN)
Played in 26 of the team's 28 matches with 10 starts... One of the most spirited members of the team, averaged 1.87 points per set... Notched 119 kills (1.59/set) with 40 blocks (0.53/set)... Added 62 digs (0.83/set) and six assists... Posted a career-best 13 kills in the regular season finale at Texas A&M Kingsville... Also had a career-high eight digs in that match... Recorded a career-high seven blocks against UT-Permian Basin on Sept. 9... Totaled five or more kills 11 times, including the final three matches of the year... Earned a place on the Lone Star Commissioner's Honor Roll.
HIGH SCHOOL
Both a First-Team All-District and First-Team Academic All-District as a senior... Was the 2019 District 3-6A Newcomer of the Year... Earned Player of the Week honors by the
Fort Worth Star Telegram in Aug. 2021 after being named MVP of the Granbury Tournament.
