RICHARDSON, Texas — The Lone Star Conference announced the annual Scholar-Athlete awards on Thursday and St. Mary's University graduates Libby Kilbride and Easton Parrish were two of the 33 student-athletes honored.

Each academic year, the conference presents a Scholar-Athlete Award to one male and one female student-athlete who is a member of the graduating class at each LSC institution. Award recipients are selected by their campus and represent outstanding accomplishments in scholarship, athletics, and leadership. Honorees must have participated in their sport for at least two years.

Kilbride, a graduate in communications from Sheffield, England, was named the Lone Star Academic Golfer of the Year, as well as to the CSC Academic All-District and WGCA All-American honorable mention teams. As a senior, she finished in the top 25 in 10 of the team's 11 tournaments and finished fourth on the school's single-season stroke-average list with 74.00 strokes per round. Her career average of 74.81 strokes per round ranks third, and she is tied for second with seven rounds in the 60s throughout her three years with the Gold and Blue. In addition, Kilbride also won the prestigious St. Mary's Presidential Award, one of 16 students awarded on campus.

Parrish, who hails from La Vernia, Texas, earned both his bachelor's degree in exercise & sport science and his master's degree in business administration from St. Mary's. He was named to the Lone Star All-Conference Third Team and an All-Academic selection in his final season, leading the 2025 team with 13 home runs and 26 extra-base hits. During his four years at StMU, Parrish recorded 157 hits with 61 going for extra bases. He collected 837 putouts and played first base, left field, right field, catcher, and designated hitter in his 173 games.
