NORMAN, Okla. – On Monday, the Golf Coaches Association of America announced the PING Division II All-Region selections and St. Mary's had both
Ryan Dixon and
Tanner Lundgren honored on the South Central Team.

Dixon, a senior from Blackhall Colliery, England, averaged a team-best 71.50 strokes per round and he finished second at the Lone Star Conference Championship. This is the third-straight year he has been honored on the All-Region team. Dixon finished in the top 25 in nine of the 11 tournaments in which he competed, including five top-10 finishes.

Lundgren, a sophomore from San Antonio, earned his first All-Region selection after averaging 72.22 strokes per round and posting a team-best 19 rounds of par or better. Lundgren also finished in the top 25 in nine of the 11 tournaments and placed in the top 10 on four different occasions.Â

Both were named to the Lone Star All-Conference teams and their names will be forwarded to the All-America ballot.
