CORAL SPRINGS, Fla. — The 2024-25 WGCA All-American Scholar Team was announced, and the St. Mary's University Women's Golf team had five student-athletes named to the prestigious team.
To be eligible for the Women's Golf Coaches Association award, student-athletes must have a cumulative GPA of 3.50 or better, have played in at least 50% of the regular season competitions and be on a team's roster through the conclusion of the season.
Sophomores
Savannah Dupre (Boerne, Texas),
Sabree Lefebvre (Riverview, Fla.) and
Taylor Wilczek (Anthem, Ariz.), along with seniors
Libby Kilbride (Sheffield, England) and
Orla O'Leary (Galashiels, Scotland) were all named to the squad.
The award was the third for Kilbride, the second for Dupre, O'Leary and Wilczek and the first for Lefebvre.
The five Rattlers were part of 23 student-athletes from the Lone Star Conference awarded, tying for the second-most selections with Angelo State. West Texas A&M led the league with six honorees.
