• St. Mary's faces its second-straight ranked opponent as they head to Canyon to take on #2 West Texas A&M on Friday and Saturday.
• The Rattlers hold a slight 17-14 edge in the all-time series with West Texas A&M and is 6-7 all-time in Canyon. WT won all three in the series a season ago, but the Rattlers won the three before that.
• Junior catcher Jamison Holder hit a walk-off double in the seventh inning against #24 Angelo State on Monday for the 5-3 win. It was her second double of the game and she is tied for the team lead with nine.
• Junior Madeline Bloom threw the first no-hitter of her career on Tuesday in game two at Cameron. She is the 14th Rattler to throw a no-hitter. She walked three and struck out one, needing only 94 pitches for the complete game.
• Both Sr. CF Reba Reyes and Jr. P Savannah Youngblood have been rewarded by the Lone Star Conference with a weekly award this season.
• Lauren Gonzales moved up one spot to seventh in stolen bases with 62, passing Bari Christian (2019-22) with 60. She is three shy of tying Terrie Cox (2003-06) for sixth with 65.
