SAN ANTONIO — The St. Mary's University Softball team had 16 student-athletes named to the Easton/NFCA (National Fastpitch Coaches Association) Scholar-Athlete All-America team.
The Rattlers advanced to their 19th NCAA Regional in 2026 and finished with a 31-24 record in
Taylor Lira's first year at the helm.

Jaylan Roberson (Elgin, Texas),
Arianna (AJ) Sanchez (San Antonio),
Raegan Tennill (Corpus Christi), Millianna Torrez (El Paso, Texas),
Izabella Valdez (San Antonio),
Bryley Westfahl (San Antonio), and
Emma Wilson (Bulverde, Texas) all earned the academic honor.
To be eligible for the team, a student-athlete must have had a 3.50 or higher GPA for the 2025-26 academic year.
The Rattlers also ranked sixth in the Lone Star Conference with a combined 3.50 team GPA
