TYLER, Texas – For the second time this season, the St. Mary's Women's Golf team finished a tournament atop the leaderboard, tying with Angelo State for first place after three-round totals of 888.

The total is the 10th-lowest in school history and the third-lowest of the season. The other victory for the Gold & Blue came at the Nick Turner Invitational in the final fall tournament.
Senior
Jordyn Wray (San Antonio) had the best tournament of her career, shooting a career-low 67 in the final 18 to finish second. It is the second time this season she has finished in the top 10 and her 67 on Tuesday is the lowest round of her career and betters her previous low round by four strokes.

Estelle Beck (Lakeway, Texas) finished one stroke behind Wray in third place with a 218 (70-75-73) for her second-lowest three-round total of the season.

Rebecca Reed (Midland, Texas) saved her best round for last, moving into a tie for ninth at 224 after carding a one-over par 72 on Tuesday.Â

Libby Kilbride (Sheffield, England) carded a 76 on Tuesday to finish tied for 19th with a 229 and sophomore
Orla O'Leary (Galashiels, Scotland) finished 41st after totaling 246.

Wray led the field with 11 birdies and was second in the field behind Beck in par-4 scoring at +2, while Beck shot one-over.

The Rattlers wrap up the regular season at the WT Desert Invitational in Tucson, Ariz. on April 3-4 before competing in the Lone Star Conference Championship April  24-26 in Thackerville, Okla.
