• St. Mary's heads to Eastern New Mexico for the first time since 2004. This will be the second series against the Greyhounds since the Rattlers joined the Lone Star Conference and a season ago, they went 2-1.
• Senior shortstop Jake Mares has reached base safely in each of the last 17 games, one off the team's season long of 18 by Trey Guajardo.
• St. Mary's leads the Lone Star Conference and ranks 3rd in the nation with 32 double plays turned.
• Senior Jake Mares (SS) and Jake Elizondo (2B) are the only two players on the roster to have started all 30 games at the same position.
• All three starting outfielders (Clay Bradford, Ryan McGowen and Shawn Tober) have at least one outfield assist this season.
• The Rattlers have drawn multiple walks in 17 consecutive games and at least one in all 30 contests.
• St. Mary's is 9-3 this season when recording more hits than the opponent and 1-0 when the teams have the same amount of base knocks.
