SAN ANTONIO – St. Mary's University Athletics and Raising Cane's have agreed to extend their corporate partnership through the 2019-20 academic year. Raising Cane's is one of Rattler Athletics longest-running corporate partners, having been a sponsor with St. Mary's since 2015.
"Our growing partnership with Raising Cane's over this past year continues to expand," said St. Mary's Director of Athletics Rob Coleman. "Their investment will allow us to expand our array of services in the coming year."
This year, Raising Cane's will increase their presence within Athletics as the Official Chicken of St. Mary's Intramurals. Intramural champions will receive co-branded championship t-shirts with both the St. Mary's and Raising Cane's brands.
"We are proud to renew our relationship with the St. Mary's University community, and to extend our partnership as the Official Chicken of St. Mary's Intramurals," stated Raising Cane's Managing Partner Rob Roschy. "We know that there are a ton of students who enjoy playing recreational sports, and we are excited to support this important commitment to maintaining an active lifestyle in college. We look forward to an exciting year ahead!"

Rattler fans will have their chance to receive Raising Cane's swag and other special offers by competing in the exciting in-game experience "Cane's Challenge" promotion throughout the year.
The Play of the Year at the end-of-year Athletics Banquet will continue to bear their name as the Raising Cane's Play of the Year. Plus, there will be other exciting engagement opportunities and experiential-driven events at some of our other major Athletics events, including the Fall Kickoff BBQ, Rattler Madness, and the Athletics Banquet.
