Helen Lazaro has earned the Lone Star Conference Offensive Player of the Week, the league announced on Monday.

Helen Lazaro had a hat trick in a 3-1 game and registered a pair of game-winning goals to help the Rattlers start conference play 2-0. Lazaro needed just 1:19 to score on the road against Texas A&M International to fuel a 2-0 win. She then scored in the 12th, 53rd and 63rd minutes against UT Permian Basin. It was the fourth hat trick in the league this season. Lazaro's play has also helped StMU to a 4-1-1 start to the season.
