SAN ANTONIO — Nine St. Mary's University STUNT student-athletes were named to the College Stunt Coaches Association (CSCA) Academic Honor Roll on Thursday.
Alecka Brown (Helotes),
Kailey Carder (San Antonio),
Jillian Fontaine (Missoula, Mont.),
Sydnye Forde-Richins (Houston),
Talisa Gomez (El Paso, Texas),
Izabella Grinnell (Pasco, Wash.),
Sanaa Johnson (Helotes),
Courtney McClellan (New Braunfels, Texas), and
Yanelle Nicholson (Helotes) were all honored on the team that requires a cumulative GPA above 3.50 and a completion of 24 or more credits at their current institution.
Brown, Forde-Richins, Johnson, McClellan and Nicholson are four-time selections to the team, while Carter, Gomez and Grinnell have been named three times. In four seasons, the Rattlers have had 14 different student-athletes honored a total of 38 times to the CSCA Academic Honor Roll.
