Quick Hits
•   St. Mary's STUNT heads to the STUNT Nationals for the third-straight season. The Rattlers have qualified all three years of existence, and are looking for their first win.
•   The Rattlers drew Lone Star Conference rival DBU in the First Round. This will be the fifth time the two teams have met this season, with the Patriots winning all four previous meetings, including the finals of the Lone Star Conference Championship. StMU and DBU are the only two teams to qualify for the 11-team championship from the Lone Star Conference.
•   The Rattlers went 3-1 at the final regular season tournament, defeating Central Methodist, Drury and Purdue Northwest before dropping a close 14-13 game to Missouri Baptist at the Drury Tournament.
•   St. Mary's is guaranteed its third-straight month with a record of .500 or better. The Rattlers were 3-3 in February, 7-6 in March and are 3-1 in April.
•   The Rattlers have faced No. 4 Vanguard, No. 5 Concordia Irvine, No. 7 DBU, and No. 8 Maryville during regular season competition this year.
•   Isabella Reyes was named the Lone Star Conference Freshman of the Year in a vote by the league's head coaches.
•   St. Mary's went 2-1 during its home portion of the schedule, defeating Lone Star newcomers St. Edward's and Texas A&M-Kingsville before falling to #5 DBU.Â
•   The Rattlers had seven student-athletes named to the All-Conference First Team in Alecka Brown, Guiliana Devora, Talisa Gomez, M'Lynn Griego, Izabella Grinnell, Sanaa Johnson, and Yanelle Nicholson. Courtney McClellan and Jocelyn Mendez were both honored on the All-Conference Second Team.
•   St. Mary's also had five named to the Lone Star All-Academic team in Sanaa Johnson, Courtney McClellan, Yanelle Nicholson, Sydnye Forde-Richins and Riley Smith.
•   Junior M'Lynn Griego was named the Lone Star Conference Tumbler of the Week in the final week, after helping the Rattlers go 1-3 on their Spring Break trip to California against a quartet of nationally-ranked opponents. She was named Tumbler of the Game twice in the four games.
•   Junior Guiliana Devora was named the Lone Star Conference Stunter of the Week after being named the Player of the Game twice in the four contests at the TWU Tournament and earning 85 power points.
•   A total of 20 STUNT student-athletes were named to the Lone Star Commissioner's Honor Roll after the conclusion of the fall semester. Kailey Carder recorded a perfect 4.00 GPA during the fall to lead the team.
