SAN ANTONIO -- St. Mary's senior
Clay Bradford was named to his second All-South Central Region team of the year on Wednesday when he earned Division 2 Conference Commissioner's Association (D2CCA) Second-Team All-Region honors.
Bradford, from Atascocita, Texas, also earned All-Region honors by the NCBWA a week ago.
He was tabbed to the team as a utility player after ranking in the top five in the Lone Star Conference in batting average, home runs, slugging percentage and total bases. Bradford was a member of the Lone Star All-Conference First Team and was twice named the league's Hitter of the Week.
This is his second time he's been honored by the CCA, as he was also on the 2022 All-Region squad.
