•   After a one-week layoff, St. Mary's returns to Lone Star Conference action, hosting Lubbock Christian for a four-game series beginning on Friday at 6 p.m.
•   Senior Clay Bradford was named both the Lone Star Conference and NCBWA South Central Region Hitter of the Week after going 6-for-6 and hitting for the cycle in the finale at Oklahoma Christian. For the five games of the week, Bradford hit .545 with eight RBI and five extra-base hits.
•   Freshman Jacob King recorded three multi-hit games in the four-game series at Oklahoma Christian. King hit .438 in Oklahoma City with four RBI, two doubles and a triple.
•   Clay Bradford has reached base safely in all 17 games this season, while he enjoys the longest active hitting streak for the team at seven games.
•   Senior Jake Mares broke the school career record for stolen bases on Tuesday with two against Our Lady of the Lake and now has 74, passing the previous record of 73 by Brandon Bippert (1998-2001).
•   The Rattlers have hit 16 home runs in 17 games this season, almost to last season's total of 18. Clay Bradford leads with five, while Brandon Broughton has three as nine different players have left the yard with a ball.
•   Senior Andrew Girod has not allowed an earned run in four appearances over 11.2 innings. During that span he has struck out 18 and the opposition is hitting .143.
