• St. Mary's heads to Florida for four matches in five days, beginning Monday at Eckerd in St. Petersburg at 2:30. The Rattlers also play neutral site matches against Bentley, St. Thomas Aquinas and Palm Beach Atlantic.
• St. Mary's snapped a four-match losing streak with a 7-0 victory against UT Dallas on Sunday.
• Sophomore Alvaro Soler jumped into the national rankings at #31 on March 8. Soler was not ranked in the first singles rankings on Nov. 17, but is 13-3 in 2022-23 with an 8-2 mark in duals. Part of the reason for his climb in the rankings was a three-set win over the top-ranked player in the South Central region in Abamu Martins of Lubbock Christian on Feb. 24.
• Several Rattlers are climbing the career doubles victories charts in school history. With his win on Sunday, Nicolas Llosa now has 35 career doubles dual wins to rank 10th, while Jake Faryniarz is 11th with 28 and Sebastian Azcui is 13th with 25 wins. Llosa is three victories shy of tying Brendan Brown (2017-21) for ninth at 38. Jeremiah Sanchez (2016-21) holds the career record with 66 doubles wins.
• All four opponents on the Spring Break trip will be first-time opponents for the Rattlers.
• Junior Nicolas Llosa is also tied for seventh on the career singles wins chart with 30, knotting Bojan Popovic (2016-20). Jeremiah Sanchez owns that record as well with 70 victories. Junior Oskar Irdoja is two wins shy of moving into a tie with Matt Banner (2012-15) for 10th with 25 victories.
• Daniel Matheu Baldor was named the Lone Star Conference Player of the Week after the team's win over Schreiner. It was the first weekly honor of his career.
• At the conclusion of the fall season, junior Nicolas Llosa and senior Sebastian Azcui were ranked ninth in the doubles South Central Region, while Alvaro Soler appeared in the singles rankings at #14 and Ryan Koth was ranked 20th.
• Freshman Bernhard Hauer won the B Draw of the ITA South Central Regional, posting a perfect 3-0 record. Hauer defeated a trio of DBU players to win the title.
