• Senior Emmanuel Ewuzie blocked a career-high four shots against Texas A&M International, bringing his career total to 72 and moving him into fourth all-time. He passes Ashley Jalufka (1999-2001) and Ben McCain (2013-2014) who each swatted 71 in their careers.
• Senior guard Caleb Jordan is now just four assist shy of 300 for his career and eight away from appearing in the St. Mary's top-10. Jai Mahone (1981-83) currently holds down the 10th spot on the career list with 304.
• Junior Jalon Johnson is fitting right into the Rattlers system and currently ranks sixth in the Lone Star statistics in both assists per game (3.5) and assist-to-turnover ratio (1.84). He also posted a career-high 18 points against Kingsville last week.
• All 13 players who have attempted a three-pointer this season have made at least one, breaking the Rattler record for most players sinking a triple in one season. In 2020-21, 12 different players made one, while in 2001-02 all 11 players who saw action drained one or more.
• St. Mary's has made at least three three-pointers in 75 straight games and one or more in 145 consecutive games, dating back to Jan. 14, 2017. This season, the Rattlers are averaging 6.73 triples per game.
