• The St. Mary's Men's Tennis Team heads out for its longest road trip of the conference season, heading to UT Permian Basin on Thursday and Western New Mexico on Saturday.
• The Rattlers are 9-0 all-time against UT Permian Basin, including a 5-2 victory last season. StMU is 6-1 against the Mustangs of Western New Mexico and has won five straight, including a 7-0 win a season ago.
• St. Mary's is 1-1 in Lone Star Conference action after defeating UAFS, 5-2 and falling 4-3 to 34th-ranked Cameron.
• The Falcons and Mustangs are both 1-2 in Lone Star Conference action. UTPB has one nationally-ranked player in #56 Enrique Sanchez.
• Both Chad Nguyen and Sebastian Azcui have earned Lone Star Conference Player of the Week awards this season.
• The 10-match winning streak for the Rattlers to begin the season was the longest since the 2016-17 squad won 11 in a row which included a perfect 4-0 run through Heartland Conference action.
• The five different athletes who have played at No. 5 singles this season have combined for an 14-1 record, with the only loss coming against #17 West Florida.
• The combination of freshman Niklas Knoerr and sophomore Nicolas Llosa is 9-1 in duals this spring with a 5-0 record at No. 1 and 4-1 at No. 2. The pair has won their first nine bouts of the spring before falling to #34 Cameron.
