Box Score SEGUIN, Texas – In the first road match of the season, the St. Mary's Men's Tennis team dominated Texas Lutheran, winning 9-0.

Both the number one doubles team of
Chad Nguyen (College Station, Texas) and
Sebastian Azcui (La Paz, Bolivia) and the number three team of
Yu Senda (Setagaya, Tokyo, Japan) and
Pablo Munoz Baroja (San Sebastian, Spain) shut out the opposition, winning 8-0, while the No. 2 duo of
Ryan Koth (Boerne, Texas) and
Mario Urdaneta (Houston) dropped only one game in the 8-1 victory.

Three of the singles ladder positions also blanked the Bulldogs as Nguyen at #1, Munoz Baroja at #2 and Azcui at #4 all won 6-0, 6-0. Koth won 6-0, 6-2 at No. 3, Urdaneta dropped only one game at number five, winning 6-0, 6-1 and Senda won 6-1, 6-0 at No. 6 for the 9-0 team victory.

StMU returns to Rohrbach Tennis Stadium on the campus of St. Mary's at 12 p.m. on Saturday against St. Thomas. Admission is free for all tennis matches.
