TYLER, Texas – The St. Mary's Volleyball team seemed out of rhythm all evening at UT Tyler, falling in straight sets 25-17, 25-21, 25-15.

The Rattlers (14-11, 10-4 Lone Star Conference) hit negative in the match for just the second time this season, hitting out of system throughout much of the night.

Alyssa Koehl (New Braunfels, Texas) led the team with 11 digs. She added an ace and an assist. Both freshman
Dallasstar Johnson (San Antonio) and
Lindsey Ogle (Houston) collected three blocks each and seven different Rattlers posted between two and five kills, led by freshman
Landri Withers (Stephenville, Texas).

Sophomore setter
Cali Nims (Corpus Christi, Texas) had 10 assists, five digs and an ace and freshman
Isabella Waggoner (Texas City, Texas) led all players in the match with three aces, tying her career-high from Midwestern State on Sept. 17.

The Rattlers did record six aces with only four errors, posting a positive ratio for the 14th time this year.

St. Mary's has a quick turnaround, facing its second-straight Patriot opponent on Saturday at 1 p.m. when they play at DBU. DBU lost to St. Edward's on Wednesday evening in its last match but still holds onto third in the conference standings.
