SAN ANTONIO – Kylie Von Holle was named this week's Lone Star Conference Offensive Player of the Week, the first Player of the Week honor of her career.
The junior registered the first multi-goal game of her career on Wednesday as she netted two to lead the Rattlers to a 5-1 victory over UT Permian Basin to kick off Lone Star Conference action. Von Holle buried the eventual game-winner in the 44th minute off a penalty kick. She registered four shots on target over two matches as she led a Rattler offense that put up eight goals in two matches against UTPB.
The Rattlers are currently 3-1 and off to their best four-match start since the 2017 season where they started 3-1 as well.
St. Mary's is back in action next week as they travel to Laredo, Texas on Wednesday to take on Texas A&M International.
