Weather brings schedule changes to series vs. Central Baptist

SAN ANTONIO — This weekend's St. Mary's Baseball series against Central Baptist has been moved up a day due to weather concerns.
 
The teams will now compete in a pair of doubleheaders on Thursday and Friday, as opposed to the regularly scheduled Friday-Saturday series. First pitch Thursday is slated for 2 p.m., while Friday's action will begin at 1 p.m.
 
All games will be broadcast live on the Rattler Network.
 
Each day's doubleheader will begin with a seven-inning contest followed by a nine-inning game.
 
St. Mary's (8-4) will enter the series ranked fifth in the region according to the National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association, which released its latest regional rankings Tuesday.
