Venue also moved to FC Dallas Soccer Complex

SAN ANTONIO — Inclement weather expected to sweep across the Dallas area Thursday has forced the opening round of the Heartland Conference Women's Soccer Tournament to be moved to a new site and rescheduled to Friday.

No. 4 seed St. Mary's will now take on top-seeded Dallas Baptist at 1:30 p.m. Friday at the FC Dallas Soccer Complex in Frisco, Texas. The match will be played at Dr. Pink Stadium (Field No. 2), just north of Toyota Stadium.

No. 2 seed St. Edward's and No. 3 seed Lubbock Christian will open up tournament play at the same location at 11 a.m. Friday.

A date and time has not yet been set for the Heartland Conference Championship match and will be determined by weather and field conditions.
