th minute), as the Patriots dominated possession by taking 22 shots to St. Mary's five.
The Rattlers, 3-2 in Heartland play and 6-6-1 overall, will return to action Monday, when they travel to Oklahoma City for another Heartland matchup that will play pivotal in the race to the tournament.

Alyssa Taramona recorded seven saves for St. Mary's in the net, doing her best to stave off an attack that saw nine of 22 shots on goal.
