CORAL SPRINGS, Fla. — The Women's Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) has announced the results of the 2025-26 Preseason Mizuno WGCA Coaches Poll and the St. Mary's University team is ranked No. 12.
Lone Star Conference foe and defending national champion, DBU sits atop the poll with 16 of the possible 19 first-place votes and 469 points, while West Texas A&M earned 307 points for eighth, and the Rattlers come in at No. 12 with 273 points. UT Tyler is No. 17 after garnering 174 points, and Midwestern State is the fifth LSC team to appear in the poll at #22 with 90 points.

Taylor Wilczek (Anthem, Ariz.) and sophomore
Gladys Taboada (Puebla, Mexico). StMU also returns
Gabriela Morales (San Antonio), who redshirted her first year.
The team welcomes a talented group of newcomers in freshman
Abbey Anderson (Austin, Texas), sophomore transfer
Brielle Burns (Houston), sophomore transfer
Sophia Perkins (Sydney, Australia) and freshman
Manon Verret (Toulouse, France).
The season begins on Sept. 21 at the DBU Classic, which has moved to Corinth, Texas and the Oakmont Country Club this year.
