We sat down with Baseball Head Coach
Frank Kellner, who enters year three in 2026. His Rattlers were 29-24 a season ago and reached the first week of the Lone Star Conference Tournament.

Q: What is your favorite place you've ever traveled?
A:Â Glacier National Park for the mountains, wildlife and fishing.

Q: What do you enjoy doing most when you're not coaching or recruiting?
A:Â Hunting and fishing are my two hobbies.

A:Â Old Yeller and Big Jake.

A:Â He really likes to be outside.

A:Â Being fluent in several languages would be nice.

A: I can climb trees with the best of them.

A:Â Peanut butter on a tortilla. It's quick energy.

Q: In 100 years, how do you think coaching will have changed?
A: Everything will be automated and electronic.

Q: What was your first job, and how old were you?
A: I started doing yard work at 12.
