Box Score LAWTON, Okla. — The St. Mary's Volleyball team had its back up to the wall all night at Cameron on Friday evening but came away the victors in four sets, 16-25, 25-20, 26-24, 25-22.
 
The Rattlers improved to 2-1 in Lone Star Conference play and evened their season record at 7-7 with their second-straight win.
 
StMU trailed in all four sets, including being down 9-2 in the fourth and deciding set. They also trailed late, 21-16, but outscored the Aggies (3-12, 0-3) 9-1 down the stretch for the win. Sophomore middle blocker 
Dallasstar Johnson (San Antonio) posted back-to-back kills for the Rattlers' 18th and 19th points, forcing Cameron into taking a timeout.
 
Senior 
Brianna Morris-Worth (Yukon, Okla.) recorded a kill for the 20th point and a CU error knotted the score at 21-21. The Aggies regained the lead with the next point, but Johnson tipped for a kill for the 22-22 score. After a bad set by the Aggies, freshman Kelly Swyer (Austin, Texas) rolled a kill down the front of the block and then teamed with fellow freshman 
Madi Milligan (San Antonio) for a big block on match point.
 
Sophomore 
Landri Withers (Stephenville, Texas) led the Rattlers with 12 kills, despite not playing much of the fourth set. She also added 11 digs for her sixth double-double of the year. Junior 
Alicia Virthe (Orlando, Fla.) notched 11 kills and two blocks, while Johnson chipped in season highs in both kills (10) and blocks (6).
 
Sophomore libero 
Alyssa Koehl (New Braunfels, Texas) once again led the match, recording 25 kills, while junior setter 
Cali Nims (Corpus Christi, Texas) continued to be a double-double machine, collecting 18 assists and 19 digs. 
Isabella Waggoner (Texas City, Texas) also hit double figures in digs with 10 as the Rattlers out dug the Aggies, 90-to-77.
 
Koehl tied her season-high with four aces as the two liberos in the match combined for 11 of the 15 service aces in the match.
 
Paris Patterson led Cameron with 17 kills, while Meagan Jimenez had seven aces and 22 digs. Caitlyn Henderson tied Johnson for match-high honors with six blocks.
 
The Rattlers head to Canyon, Texas, for the second time this year, facing No. 5 West Texas A&M on Saturday at 2 p.m. The Lady Buffs swept St. Edward's on Friday evening.
