RICHARDSON, Texas --Â For the second-straight week, St. Mary's senior
Juni Ejere has been honored as the Lone Star Conference Offensive Player of the Week.
Ejere continued dominating play for St. Mary's, scoring a hat trick in the team's 7-1 victory over Felician and adding another in the 3-0 victory over Fort Lewis. Ejere has either a goal or an assist in all four games this season and currently leads the Lone Star Conference in goals (6) and total points (13).
She scored those four goals in just 50 minutes of play over the two games, hitting her first just two minutes in. Ejere added another in the 13th and 70th minutes against the Falcons. Against FLC, Ejere scored the team's second goal of the game in the fourth minute of the contest and has helped the Rattlers to their best start (4-0) since the 2016 season.
The Rattlers take their unblemished record north to Colorado for games at Western Colorado on Friday and Adams State on Sunday.
