NET POINTS

•    St. Mary's is a perfect 6-0 in matches this season, including a 6-1 victory in its last match over Division I UT Rio Grande Valley. In the six matches, the Rattlers have lost only one match, shutting out the other five opponents.

•    The Rattlers take their first long trip of the season, heading to Florida for four matches in five days. It is the first trip to the Sunshine State since the 2018-19 season, where that team dropped matches to West Alabama and West Florida.

•    St. Mary's is 2-1 all-time against the four opponents this week, with a 1-0 record against Indiana (Pa.) and a 1-1 mark against Florida Southern. The Rattlers beat both teams in 2016, winning 5-1 against Indiana and 6-3 over FSU.

•    In the latest national rankings (March 10), the Rattlers have three ranked amongst the top 50 in #8 Maria Garcia, #12 Ashley Penshorn and #41 Marina Vigil.

•    In the regional ITA rankings, Garcia is 1st, Penshorn 5th and Vigil 6th, while Penshorn and Vigil are ranked 5th for doubles, and Garcia and Angela Vargas are ranked 8th.

•    Senior Ashley Penshorn became the seventh player in school history to record 50 singles dual wins, and she now has 54, which ties her for sixth with Jamie Lee Denton (2013-16). (Records are spring duals only).

•    The St. Mary's team is looking to advance to its ninth-straight NCAA Regional appearance this season. The team has made the post-season every year since 2012-13, except for 2019-20 where the season was cut short.
