• For the first time since 2011, the St. Mary's Volleyball team has started the season 3-0. That season the squad began 10-0. 2002 and 2008 are the only other two seasons at Division II the Gold & Blue has begun with a 3-0 mark.
• St. Mary's takes on Truman State for the first time since 2017, will face Northwestern Oklahoma State and Sioux Falls for the first time and play Pittsburg State for the second time in school history and first time since 2009.
• Both sophomore setter Aislan Lennon and senior outside hitter Alissa Tolbert recorded double-doubles in each of the first three matches. Lennon now has 11 in her career to tie for 20th on the StMU lists, while Tolbert ranks sixth with 28 double-doubles.
• Junior libero Gabi Sandoval recorded five service aces in the win at Oklahoma Christian. That total is tied for the third-highest mark for a Rattler in a five-set match -- and she served them in a six-point stretch.Â
• Alissa Tolbert, Gabi Sandoval and Alicia Virthe were all named to the Eagle All-Festival team after their performances over the weekend.
