•St. Mary's Volleyball begins its third season in the Lone Star Conference with a pair of road matches at DBU and Texas Woman's. The Rattlers are 17-22 all-time against the Patriots and 9-6 against the Pioneers. StMU is 5-12 all-time in Dallas and 1-2 in Denton.
•The Rattlers are 1-1 all-time in Lone Star Conference openers, falling at DBU in four sets in 2019 and defeating Texas A&M International in five sets last season.
•The 6-1 record for the Rattlers is the best since the 2011 team begain 10-0.
•Julia Deais, Alissa Tolbert and Alicia Virthe were all named to the Gorilla Classic All-Tournament team. Tolbert and Virthe, along with Gabi Sandoval earned All-Tournament honors at the Eagle Invitational.
•Head Coach Laura Ulrich returns to Denton for the first time since taking over the reins at St. Mary's. Surprisingly, the Pioneers and Rattlers never met during the four seasons she was an assistant coach at Texas Woman's.
•Senior OH Alissa Tolbert currently leads the Lone Star Conference in total kills with 99 and total attacks with 290. Both totals also rank in the top 60 in the NCAA Division II statistics.
