SAN ANGELO, Texas - The St. Mary's Women's Tennis had its five-match winning streak snapped on Saturday afternoon as they fell to the Angelo State Rambelles, 5-2 in Lone Star Conference action.
Angelo State took the doubles point as they swept all three matches, winning 6-1 at the No. 1 line, 6-3 and the No. 2 line and 6-2 at No. 3.
Marina Vigil picked up the first singles win for the Rattlers at the No. 3 spot winning the first set 6-2 before having the match retired.
Maria Garcia earned the other win for the Rattlers, winning 6-4, 6-3 at the No. 2 line.
