•The final week of the regular season is upon the Rattlers as they host Angelo State on Friday evening and Lubbock Christian for Senior Day on Saturday afternoon. The Rambelles are tied for first place in the Lone Star Conference standings, while the Lady Chaps are third.
•The Rattlers have already clinched a spot in the Lone Star Conference Championship, advancing to their first-ever tournament in three seasons.
•Sr. OH Alissa Tolbert became the first Rattler since 2017 to record over 300 kills in a season, as she now has 308. In 2017, both Channing Hankins (382) and Tarine Grace (317) topped the milestone.
•The Rattlers have tallied double figure blocks in each of the last four matches, including a season-high 14 blocks at Texas A&M Kingsville on Saturday. The team has climbed from 16th in the league to 11th over that stretch.
•With six more digs, junior L Gabi Sandoval will be the first Rattler since 2018 to top the 400 dig milestone. With one more dig, senior OH Alissa Tolbert will help the pair become the first duo at StMU to both have over 350 digs in a year since the trio of Stephanie Flores (514), Katie Kershner (387) and Allie Murray (370) all hit the milestone in 2010.
