Women's Soccer stumbles in loss to Patriots

DALLAS — On Saturday, St. Mary's Women's Soccer fell to DBU 3-0 in the second conference match of the season.
 
Held to only two shot attempts, the Rattlers struggled to find a rhythm offensively. In contrast, the Patriots produced 13 shots on goal, controlling the pace of the game.
 
Alexia Maldonado and Miranda Narvaez recorded the two shots for the Rattlers while the goalkeeping tandem of Erin Longford and Cameron Koerner combined for 10 saves.
 
The Rattlers will return home on Sept. 20 against Rogers State at 7 p.m.
