Women's Tennis back in NCAA regionals, will face Tarleton State

SAN ANTONIO — No. 12 St. Mary's Women's Tennis officially earned the No. 1 seed in the NCAA Division II South Central Regional, the NCAA announced Tuesday evening. 

The Rattlers (18-2) will face No. 4 seed Tarleton State (12-10) in the South Central Region I bracket at 2 p.m. Monday at Rohrbach Stadium on the St. Mary's University campus. 

St. Mary's (18-2) defeated Tarleton State, 6-3, in a competitive match last month at home. 

The winner will advance to the NCAA national championships.
