Junior, Alena Moreno scored two runs while tallying two RBI as she went 1-for-2 from the plate with one walk drawn.

In the nightcap, St. Mary's battled back from one-run deficits on two separate occasions enroute to an 8-6 win.

After surrendering a 1-0 lead in the third inning, a 2-RBI single from Sydney Wellmann in the bottom half of the inning gave the Rattlers the lead.

Two innings later, the Rattlers fell behind by a run until a Wellmann RBI double tied the game 3-3. Four batters later, Miranda Medina knocked in a pair of runs on a single up the middle.

Hannah Michel was 3-for-3 at the plate in the game, scoring a pair of runs in the process while Jorden Russell picked up her fifth victory of the season after throwing five complete innings, striking out seven batters.
