Kristina Kish serves as the Assistant Athletics Director for Administration and Business Operations at St. Mary's University. She joined the Rattlers in June 2023, bringing a diverse background in sports business, analytics, and operations. 

In her role, Kristina is responsible for managing all financial aspects of the department, as well as providing oversight for human resources, payroll, and ticketing operations. She initiates and maintains all fiscal documents—including purchase orders and invoices—ensures all athletic accounting transactions are properly coded, assists with athletic deposits, and works closely with the business office to review and update financial policies and procedures. 

In July 2024, Kristina was elevated to the role of Senior Woman Administrator (SWA), a key leadership position in collegiate athletics that advocates for gender equity and student-athlete welfare. She also currently helps guide student-athlete leadership and engagement within the department as a co-advisor to the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC), and serves as the sport administrator for the softball program. 

A 2022 graduate of Trinity University, Kristina earned her degree in Business Analytics while also competing as a member of the Tigers softball team. She was a three-time SCAC Academic Honor Roll selection and played in 73 games during her collegiate career. 

Her professional experience includes roles with Houston Dynamo FC, where she worked as both a Marketing Coordinator and a Business Intelligence & Strategy Analyst, contributing to email marketing, strategic revenue initiatives, and executive-level reporting. She also has experience in game day operations with the San Antonio Missions and served as an analytics and player development intern with the San Diego League, a collegiate summer baseball league. 

At St. Mary’s, Kristina plays a key role in driving efficient business operations, strategic planning, and student-athlete support. Her strong analytical background, leadership skills, and dedication to collegiate athletics continue to make her a valued asset to the Rattlers community. 

Kristina currently resides in Bulverde, Texas, with her fiancé Ryan.
