Telia Washington begins her second year as a graduate assistant in 2025. 

Washington helped guide the Rattlers to their second straight appearance at the 2024 STUNT Nationals and a 10-7 overall record. The Rattlers finished second at the inaugural Lone Star Conference Championship and had 10 student-athletes earn All-Conference honors.

She joined the Rattlers from Henderson High School, where she was the Cheerleading coach. Washington graduated from Baylor in 2017.
