2017 (Senior): Played in 31 games and started in one… Logged 16 at-bats and five hits for a .313 batting average… Scored 23 runs and recorded six RBIs… Had five home runs on the season… In the field, recorded two putouts and one error for a .667 fielding percentage.
 
2016 (Junior): Played in 23 games her junior season…Logged four at-bats and one hit for a .250 batting average…Scored six runs and had one home run… In the field, recorded four assists and one error for a .800 fielding percentage.
 
2015 (Sophomore): Played in 12 games with two starts in her sophomore season … Logged nine at-bats and two hits for a .222 batting average … Scored four runs and recorded two RBIs … Smacked her first collegiate home run against Our Lady of the Lake (2/18) … Also swiped one bag … In the field, recorded eight putouts and five assists with zero errors. 

2014 (Freshman): Saw action in 16 games her first season of collegiate play which included 12 starts … Batted .172 on the season, picking up five hits and five runs scored  as well as two RBIs … In the field, recorded 10 putouts, 14 assists and three errors for a .889 fielding percentage.   

High School: Lettered under head coach Nelly Kelly, earning several accolades … Named Second Team All-State her junior and senior seasons and First Team All-District her sophomore, junior and senior years … Advanced to the Final Four with her team her freshman through junior years and was a State Runner-Up as a junior, making in All-Tournament Team.
 
Personal: Parents are Eric and Candi Alvarez … Has one brother, Nate, and one sister, Addy … Majoring in exercise and sport science ... Goes by the nickname "Jo" or "J."
