Played 2022 at San Jacinto Junior College, seeing action in 47 games with 23 RBI and three stolen bases as well as five doubles and two triples... Redshirted the 2021 campaign at UTRGV... While at Laredo Community College in 2020, hit .328 (19-for-58) with two triples, five doubles, 16 RBI, 22 runs scored, seven stolen bases, a .452 on-base percentage, and a .483 slugging percentage in 18 games... In 2019 at Laredo, hit .346 (44-for-127) with a .421 on-base percentage, .472 slugging percentage, eight doubles, one triple, two home runs, 23 RBI, 27 runs scored and seven stolen bases in 40 games. For his efforts, Galvan earned a spot in the Texas/New Mexico Junior College All-Star game in the fall of 2019.

Graduated from Three Rivers HS in 2018, where he hit .612 (30-for-49) with a .726 on-base percentage, 1.285 slugging percentage, seven doubles, seven triples, four home runs, 27 RBI, 32 runs scored and 47 stolen bases in 21 games...
