2015  (Senior): Had a stellar final season, becoming an ABCA/Rawlings All-America Third Team selection and an NCBWA All-American Honorable Mention … Made All-Region First Team for ACBA/Rawlings, Daktronics and the NCBWA … Was also named the Heartland Conference Pitcher of the Year and was selected All-Conference First Team … Won one Heartland Conference Pitcher of the Week award during the season … Was also a semifinalist for the Brett Tomko D-II Pitcher of the Year award as was a Fan’s Choice Award top 10 finalist … On the season, charted an 8-3 record with an impressive 1.72 ERA … Logged 78 strikeouts in 94 innings pitched … Keep his opponents to a .204 batting average in 328 at-bats, allowing 26 runs with 18 earned runs … Started 13 of his 15 appearances, tying the team-high of five complete games … Recorded a team-high two shutouts and had a hand in one more … Hit a season-high 10 strikeouts twice during the season … On his career, recorded career 301 strikeouts, the fifth-most in program history and tossed 316 1/3 innings, tying the fifth-most innings pitched in the program … Totaled 25 victories on his career.

2014 (Junior):  Made history in his third season, recording a no-hitter against Rogers State (2/21) in the Rattlers’ first no-hitter since the 2007 season … He struck out 12 in the nine-inning no-hitter, earning the NCBWA National Pitcher of the Week award … Led the Heartland Conference with three Heartland Conference Pitcher of the Week awards throughout the season and also earned two South Central Region Pitcher of the Week awards … Tossed 96 1/3 innings on the season for an 8-5 record, starting 13 games … Recorded five complete games with two shutouts and a 3.64 ERA … Struck out a team-high 97 batters and kept opponents to a .241 batting average ... Had back-to-back games with 12 strikeouts and struck out seven or more batters in nine games.

2013 (Sophomore): Had a breakout season in his first year in the starting pitching rotation, ending the season No. 5 in the nation for most strikeouts with 108 … Earned a slew of awards, including Daktronics All-Region Second Team and Heartland Conference Second Team … Named the NCBWA South Central Region Pitcher of the Week after a standout performance against McMurry (5/2), tossing a one-hitter with 14 strikeouts … Currently second for career opponent batting average at .200 (126 innings) and is fifth in carrer ERA at 2.64 ... Led the conference in Pitcher of the Week awards with three and was a 2013 Tino Martinez Award Semifinalist … Had a 8-4 win-loss record with a 2.34 ERA in 16 starts … Recorded two complete games, one solo shutout and had a hand in three more shutouts … Tossed a team-high 107.2 innings, recording a team-best .198 opponent batting average … Struck out eight batters in each of his first five starts on the mound. 

2012 (Freshman): Made 16 appearances in his first year with 18.1 innings pitched … Threw in a 4.42 ERA for a 1-1 win-loss record … Kept his 62 batters faced to a .210 batting average with 18 strikeouts.

High School: Letter winner for head coach Chans Chapman, pitching his way to earn Second Team All-District and All-State ... Advanced to third round of playoffs with his team.
