2014 (Redshirt Senior): Became a major asset in his final season as a double-threat, becoming the Rattlers’ main closer and primary centerfielder … On the mound, tossed 26 1/3 innings for a 5-1 record and a team-high four saves … Made 14 appearances over the season and recorded his first Rattler start in the Heartland Conference Championship title game … Struck out 26 and recorded a 4.10 ERA, keeping opponents to a .215 batting average … Best outing was against St. Edward’s in the first game of the conference title game where he struck out eight … At the plate, batted .260 with 17 RBIs and eight doubles … Had 27 runs scored and 56 total bases, starting 53 of his 54 games played … Was stellar in the field with a .974 fielding percentage with 112 putouts, three assists and three errors to earn a spot on the Conference Gold Glove team. 

2013 (Redshirt Junior): Excelled in his first season, becoming the Rattlers’ leadoff and one of their most clutch hitters … Batted .312 on the season, the third-best on the team, with a team-high five triples … Also led the Rattlers in speed with a team-high 14 stolen bases in 22 attempts … Tallied 17 RBIs and 27 runs scored and recorded two walk-off hits during the season … Was perfect in right field with 81 putouts, one assist and zero errors … Started 50 of his 54 games played ... Was sensational during the South Central Region Tournament, making the All-Region Tournament Team after batting .450 (9-20) … Smacked a pair of triples in the victory over Colorado State-Pueblo, becoming just the fifth Rattler in the modern era to hit two in a single game. 

El Paso Community College: Continued his strength from high school, playing under head coach Adam Gawason to earn Team MVP and an All-District selection ... Was a member of the Dean's List three semesters.

High School: Made big strides under head coach Mike Beltran, earning Team MVP all four years ... Named First Team All-State twice while setting the school record for the highest batting average ... Made three State playoff appearances with his team.
