2016-17 (SOPHOMORE)
Went 2-5 in dual play and won two matches at No. 2 ... In doubles, played in three matches.

2015-16 (FRESHMAN)
Emerged as a major contributor for the Rattlers in his first season, posting 10 wins in singles play, with seven victories in dual singles as he went undefeated in conference with a 5-0 record ... Picked up the victory in the deciding match that secured the program's first-ever Heartland Conference title ... Tallied eight victories in doubles play with a 4-1 record against conference foes ... Was named to the Heartland Conference First Team in both singles and doubles.

Starred as a four-year letterman under head coach Tom Courson, earning MVP all four years … Won state in singles, the first in school history … Advanced to the state quarterfinals in mixed doubles as a sophomore … As a junior, was a men’s singles state semifinalist … Was a member of the National Honor Society and was on the Honor Roll all four years.

Parents are Jeff and Catalina … Has five siblings, Jeanette, Ellie, Elijah, Angela and Zach … Mother, Catalina, played tennis at the University of Houston and aunt Ferice Briggs played tennis at Texas A&M-Corpus Christi … Majoring in international relations.
