Dave Ulrich has announced he is stepping down as interim head Volleyball coach.
"We are grateful to Dave and his family for their tremendous efforts and commitment to our program," said Associate Director of Athletics
Chad Peters. "As we move forward, we are excited to support Cali and guide her through this transition."
Ulrich was named the interim head coach on August 6 when his wife, Laura, accepted a similar position at Illinois-Springfield. He joined the staff as an assistant coach in 2021 and has helped the Rattlers become a perennial leader in blocking throughout his tenure.
Cali Nims, who moved from the court to the sidelines as an assistant coach this year, will serve out the remainder of the season as interim coach, with the Rattlers beginning a national search for a head coach after the conclusion of the 2025 season.
