NET POINTS

•    St. Mary's Women's Tennis closes out the regular season at Cameron and No. 3 Midwestern State on Thursday and Saturday, respectively. The Rattlers can win a share of the regular season title with a sweep of the two opponents this week, though it will be a tough task as Midwestern State is undefeated in Lone Star Conference play and 20-1 on the year.

•    The Rattlers climbed another 13 spots in the national rankings this week, moving to No. 14 after wins over #31 Texas A&M-Kingsville and #33 Angelo State last week. StMU has won five matches in a row, with four straight coming over nationally-ranked teams. In two weeks, StMU has moved up 30 spots in the polls.

•    Sophomore Selina Wu slipped 10 spots in the national rankings to #48 in singles with her split last week. Wu is 23-8 overall, 13-3 in duals and 6-2 in LSC play this year. She ranks 6th in the Lone Star Conference rankings as nine players from the league appear in the top-75 rankings.

•    St. Mary's and Cameron are locked 10-10 in the all-time series between the two teams, with the Aggies winning the last two meetings. StMU is 3-6 in Lawton, and the Aggies have a slight 3-2 advantage in matches since the Rattlers joined the Lone Star Conference.

•    The Rattlers trail 7-14 all-time against Midwestern State and are looking for their first-ever win in Wichita Falls (0-10). The teams are tied 3-3 since StMU joined the Lone Star Conference.

•    Both juniors Stela Sifuentes and Alessia Terlizzi enter the week 7-1 in Lone Star Conference play. Terlizzi has played all eight conference matches at No. 3, while Sifuentes has held down No. 6.

•    Sophomore transfer Gia Posito won the team clinching point for the Rattlers in both matches last week with her three-set victories at line five. Posito is 11-5 in duals this season.

•    Junior Stela Sifuentes added two more wins to her singles total, bringing her career total 48, ranking her eighth on the career singles victories charts. Next on the list in seventh is Jamie Lee Denton, who was 54-21 from 2013-16.

•    In the 13 victories this spring for the Rattlers, six different players have won the point that clinched the team victory. Paula Garrote, Gia Posito and Alessia Terlizzi lead the team with three, while Janel Ospanova, Stela Sifuentes and Selina Wu have won that all-important fourth team point twice.
