STUNT Has 10 Named to All-Conference Teams

RICHARDSON, Texas — The St. Mary's University STUNT team had 10 individuals named to the inaugural Lone Star All-Conference teams, the league announced Monday.
 
The Rattlers, who finished second at the Lone Star Championship, had five earn recognition on the First Team and five on the Second Team.
 
Alecka Brown (Helotes, Texas), Courtney McClellan (New Braunfels, Texas), Jocelyn Mendez (Mission, Texas), Allysin Quintanilla (San Juan, Texas) and Isabel Soto (San Antonio) all were named to the First Team in a vote by the league's head coaches.
 
Sydnye Forde-Richins (Houston), M'Lynn Griego (Jourdanton, Texas), Ivy Denay Hernandez (Welasco, Texas), Yanelle Nicholson (Helotes) and Riley Smith (Canyon Lake, Calif.) were each tabbed to the Second Team.
 
The Rattlers had the second-most selections to the two teams, trailing champion DBU by one. St. Mary's faces top-seeded Davenport in the opening round of STUNT nationals on Friday, April 26 in Creve Couer, Missouri. Game time is scheduled for 11:15 a.m.
