ALPINE, Texas — The St. Mary's Men's Tennis team dropped only two games through nine matches en route to a 9-0 victory at Sul Ross State on Wednesday afternoon.

The two teams played the Division III format, where each doubles match is scored as one point and the teams play to eight points. All three duos won 8-0 for StMU as Director of Tennis
Bill Macom once again made some changes to the teams.

Seniors
Jake Faryniarz (San Antonio) and
Ryan Koth (Boerne, Texas) remained at line one, while senior
Nicolas Llosa (Lima, Peru) and freshman
Leonardo Fabbri (Faenza, Italy) partnered on court two and sophomores
Aaron Ben Anton (Remseck, Baden-Wurttemberg, Germany) and
Bernhard Hauer (Vienna, Austria) were reunited at number three.

In singles play, Koth, Llosa, Anton and Fabbri all won 6-0, 6-0 at lines three through six, respectively.

Junior
Alvaro Soler and Faryniarz won 6-1, 6-0 on courts one and two for the sweep.

The Rattlers remain on the road, playing at Western New Mexico Friday and closing the regular season on Sunday at UT Permian Basin.
