SAN ANTONIO — St. Mary's University Men's Soccer senior
Cian Foley added another award to his arsenal on Tuesday, getting named to the United Soccer Coaches South Central All-Region team.

Foley, a fifth-year senior from Wexford, Ireland, was named to his second All-Region team of the year after earning Second-Team honors by the D2CCA on Nov. 28. He was also named an Academic All-District pick by CSC on Nov. 30.

Foley was 5-for-5 during the year in penalty kicks, ranking second in the nation, trailing only Lincoln Memorial's Daniel Burko, who was 6-for-6. He ended the season with six assists and nine goals, totaling 24 points. All three numbers are the fourth-best in the Lone Star and among the top 60 in the nation.

Foley ended his standout career with 12 assists, 19 goals and 50 points. He was a perfect 6-for-6 in penalty kicks and kicked eight game-winning goals in 85 games.
