LAREDO, Texas – The St. Mary's Baseball team played 11 innings on Sunday at Texas A&M International, concluding a game from the sixth inning, falling 11-6 before dropping the fourth and final game in the series 10-5.

The teams were scheduled to play a pair of seven-inning contests on Saturday, but game two was in the top of the sixth when it got too dark to continue so the teams took to the field on Sunday morning to finish. Neither team managed much offense, ending the game with the 11-6 score.

St. Mary's (5-13, 3-13 Lone Star) scored its six runs on five hits with three walks, while the Dust Devils (10-12, 10-10 Lone Star) scored 11 runs on nine hits with nine walks and neither team committed an error.

In the second game, the Rattlers tallied five runs on six hits, walking twice, while TAMIU scored 10 runs on 12 hits with six walks. StMU had two errors, while TAMIU had one. All six hits were by different players and

Devin Goins scored twice after hitting his first home run of the year in the fourth inning and walking in the seventh.
